| The newsgator menu does not appear in my Outlook Toolbar. I wanted to get rid of one of the newsletters to which I have subscribed and cannot find how to do it.

There are a few things to check. 1. Are you sure NewsGator is running? Have you seen it poll for news lately? If it might not be, check the following: 1a. If you're on Outlook 2002 or later, go to Help/About, and click Disabled Items. Make sure NewsGator isn't in the list. 1b. Go to Tools/Options, Other tab, Advanced, COM Add-ins, and see if NewsGator is in the list. If it is, click on it and see if there are any errors. (note: it might not be in the list...if you installed NewsGator for "all users", it won't show up here). 2. Could the toolbar just be hidden? Right-click on the Outlook toolbar somewhere, and see if NewsGator is in the list. If it is, show it. 3. Are you using ActiveSync, or some other program that uses Outlook in the background? If so, it's possible you're running into a bug. If you start Outlook, then close the Outlook window (but it's still running in the background because of ActiveSync or something else), and you open a new Outlook window, the toolbar won't show up. In this case, shutting down Outlook completely (check task manager, processes tab to be sure), and starting it again, should bring it back. Hope this helps - if you're still having problems, let me know.

Thanks Greg. It has appeared. I am running a program called Nelson Organiser which uses Outlook. I closed it and Outlook down and restarted Outlook first and the Nelson and everything seems just fine.
