I've added a couple feeds that unfortunately have the exact same feed titles.  On the "Edit Subscription" page, I would expect to be able to rename/change the feed title.

It would be nice to have the ability to add a little uniqueness to the feed titles manually, so that I can know which feed I am looking at.

A valid point, and one that has been brought up quite often...  In fact, this is in the works to get implemented shortly.  I will give this item a push to see if I can get this bumped up in line.
